Comprehensive Plan Exhibit - Self-Guided at Black Mountain Library
Since the Fall of 2021 Buncombe County government has been working with residents to create a 20 year vision and plan for the future. The public is invited to tour an exhibit about the planning process, and to share their feedback on the draft Plan.
