Short-Term Rental Ad Hoc Committee

Purpose
The Committee will review the previous work of the Planning Board and evaluate short-term rental regulations, identify policy implications, and provide feedback and recommendations regarding the proposed text amendments to the Planning Board by November 2024.

Any policy and ordinance recommendations will be presented to the Planning Board which will in turn provide a formal recommendation to the Board of Commissioners.
